Mike Costello

Mike is from GA originally but has been an NC native for eight years now. Costello competes because it’s a healthy outlet for his PTSD that he got as a result from his military service. Mike uses this to control the fight or flight by choosing when and where  he fight. Another motivation for Mike competing is to show disabled veterans there’s still a lot of life that can be lived. Mike fights out of Connection BJJ in Apex NC. His sponsors include Common Grounds Coffee in Apex NC. The competition should fear him because "I have nothing to lose".
